sth to begin with..

Today happened to be Singapore's national day and i had previously attended one of the rehearsal performances..the displays were GREAT..but the biggest disappointment of all was that there was no fireworks!! Thought it would be really beautiful to watch at close range.. and a large crowd..i mean seriously large crowd..had gathered at the steps in front of marina square, all waiting in vain..

i also managed to shoot some pictures durin dusk. i love the way the audience can enjoy the cool sea breeze while watchin a large performance with wonderful music and dazzling lights.

i wonder what's on his mind at that time..the kid at the back of the pic looked pretty scared. hahaha..

then it got dark and the performances started..actually they were not even in their costumes..and the helpers had to hold cardboards with the artists' names on them. that was kind of lame..-___- ..spoiler!!

but the stage lights did a good job in evoking the moods..the colours are pretty! and after that things got borin and we had to leave..that's when we were greeted by large crowds of ppl outside waitin in vain for nothin'..i missed it too, didnt bother to watch the telecast. hahahaa..
